Key Responsibilities:
- Define marketing communication concept for Sephora eCommerce platform.
- Ensure the delivery of highly effective digital campaign and multiple channels communication plan to drive qualified traffic.
- Manage SEM, SEO, display/retargeting, CPS, mobile, and other online traffic/customer generation channels to achieve the KPIs.
- Responsible for whole year interactive campaigns planning, preparations and implementation.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate marketing channels performance, continuously optimize the ROI.
- Seek the opportunity on the integration of digital marketing
- Engage and manage vendors and agencies
Qualification and Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- Above 3 years online digital marketing, e-commerce background is preferred
- Proven results on traffic acquisition and deliver interactive and engaging campaign will be a plus
- Strong organizational, systematic, analytical and troubleshooting skill
- High self-study ability
- Creative, can think outside of box
- Work effectively and independently
- Fluent in oral and written English
