Key Role:

1. Responsible for monitor the overall quality of AP circle.

2. Review the work and reporting of finance share service center (in Malaysia), follow up related items about China

3. Responsible for a thorough understanding of Internal Control standards and corporate policies to ensure that these policies and standards are understood and practiced.

4. Initiate and actively participate in process improvement project and ensure the process or policy compliance with corporate standard

5. Support internal and external audit, fix the issue and solve the problem with professional skills

6. Approve urgent payment requirement and vendor creation based on corporate policy

7. Play as a coordinate between share service center & others function team in China, ensure more efficiency in daily operation

8. Other responsibilities assigned by line manager.

Key Accountabilities:

Education Background:

University Degree,

-major in Accounting/Finance

Key Experience:

Above 3 year working experiences in account payable function (preferred working experience in share service center)

Familiar with the whole AP process

Familiar with SAP system

Functional/Business skills:

Good interpersonal skills and self-motivated

Fluent in written English and good in spoken English

Quick learner and attention to details, able to work under pressure

Strong sense of responsibility and earnest attitude in work

Work independently and resolve issues with logic mind-set
