职位描述

Job Title: GPS, Operations Coordinator (Vendor)
Job Description: As a GPS, Ops Coordinator (Vendor), you will be responsible for executing our suite of HR Operational compliance processes, performing core transactional work (employee paperwork,data management, compliance filings & audits), operating it reliably, bringing about continuous improvements and problem solving for special cases/requirements of our client groups. This role is a three month contract role with possibility of extension which will require interaction with varied stakeholders like the in-country HR teams, hiring managers, potential candidates/applications, existing employees and external vendor partners, therefore it is imperative that you have excellent attention to details, can be trusted to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and be able to juggle multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.

Responsibilities:
● Manage one or more GPS compliance processes, and assume responsibility for operations, management, and continuous improvements of these processes.
● Participate and manage transactional activities pertaining to the new hire onboarding process
● Establish, organize, and maintain employee documents, ensuring that all employee files are current and complete.
● Perform concentrated data entry related to specific data quality initiatives such as updating or correcting employee information. Aid in scheduled statutory & compliance reporting needs by collating employee information based on pre-decided formats
● Define, collect, and analyze process metrics.

Preferred qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree preferred.
● At least 2 year of HR, recruiting or operations-related experience,
● Excellent customer service orientation. A pleasant personality, welcoming and helpful
● Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills with superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
● Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
● Self-directed, detail-oriented problem-solver with a strong desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success.
● PC proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
