职位描述

Key Areas of Responsibility: (Please list at least 5 key tasks of this position at daily work)
? Sales Support
- TEAM funnel support
- Supporting sales team with customer bidding, including bidding documents preparing and binding;
- FUNNEL/WOT support for sale opportunity management and order booking
- Support sales team on paperwork, including filing, draft correspondences, prepare reports, presentations, etc as required;

? Admin support to sales team
- Daily admin work, including fax sending, receiving, courier arrangement for documents, Demo machines, parts and consumables, Apply rental, tel. fee & postage, etc,
- Perform all admin assistant duties including but not limited to business trip accommodation arrangement, handling phones, arranging conference calls, T&E claim support, etc,
- Internal PO create and tracking, Manage the PO database, timely offered the details of PO to manager as reference
- Internal assets management including Demo machine, office supply, consumables, etc,
- Provide department with guidance in preparation of administrative type reports and documents
- Company internal and external communication with other departments
- Setup new site & new code in system for new customer

- Products and solution brochure and other documents update and printing
- Marketing event support
? Other work assigned by managers

Scope (Target to be achieved):
? Understanding the financial industry and articulating the business value of NCR’s Financial solutions, including services and new solutions, to business users
? Qualifying NCR as a superior assistant to sales team
? Conducting opportunity risk assessments and forecasting
? Presenting high quality, professional presentation and proposal materials

Experiences required

? Bachelor degree with 2 years IT industry experience will be preferred.
