Sales Support
Key Areas of Responsibility:
? Sales Support
- Supporting sales team with customer bidding, including bidding document preparation
- WOT support for order booking
- Order fulfillment support
- Coordinate with WCS on installation arrangement
- Support revenue collection tracking and update
- Track deliveries of customer orders
- Sales funnel reporting support
? Administration Support
- General administration work including but not limited to business trip accommodation arrangement, handling phones, arranging conference calls, processing T&E claims
- Company internal and external communication with other departments
- Manage, record and report on staff leave
? Marketing support
- Products and solutions brochures and presentations
- Use of Microsoft Office applications
- Marketing events support
- Work closely with NCR China Marketing
Scope :
? Understanding the Retail industry and the business value of NCR’s Retail solutions, including services and new solutions. Presenting high quality, professional presentation and proposal material
? Provide timely Sales and Administrative Support to the team

? Ability to work in a virtual environment
? High sense of urgency and attention to detail
? Ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment requiring high degree of deadline-driven initiatives, with emphasis on productivity, adaptability, communication, and follow-through.
Qualification
? Bachelor degree or above.
? 1~2 year related working experience,
? Highly preferred previous sales operation or sales support experience.
