职位描述
Position name: Accounting Specialist (Temporary for 6 months)
Location :BDA Beijing
Title Reports to: Accounting Manager
Summary description :
This is a key position in NCR who is responsible for partial reconciliations, local tax invoice management and AP vendor maintenance etc.
The successful candidate will be expected to rapidly pick up NCR financial system, set up comprehensive communication with related teams and continue improving efficiency and effectiveness of financial analysis.
This position offers the right individual huge potential for both personal development and career growth within NCR.
Education and Experience Requirements:
1. Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related Business discipline.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in finance accounting area.
3. Fluent in English communication, speaking and writing.
4. Familiar with ERP system functions and China taxation policy
Key Areas of Responsibility:
1. Bank reconciliations for both local and foreign currency account and give suggestion to clear the outstanding items
2. Local tax invoice management, including invoice issuing, tracking and correction etc
3. Sales contract management
4. AP vendor maintenance and creation
5. Support internal and external auditors
6. Other duties assigned by management.
Scope :
1. Monthly reconciliation completion in time to ensure no aging items and no big imbalance
2. Local tax invoice management process improvement to ensure accuracy and efficiency
3. Detailed knowledge of financial concepts, theories, policies and processes within GL function
4. Broad knowledge of regulations, practices and finance policies across AP,AR, GL, costing, taxation, etc
5. Excellent communication skill
