职位描述
Participation at Purchasing Graduate Program.
Chain 1 MJCN - MHDE – MHUS; Candidate C:
Project Buyer
? Local and international commodity resources investigation
? Market research
? Management of RFQs (Requests for Quotation)
? Commercial and technical discussions
? Summary of quotations
? Feedback to MANN+HUMMEL project team (Engineering, Quality, etc.)
? To fulfil PER and BoM requirements
? Contract Management
? To track all project schedules, assuring that all new projects are on time and reporting potential risks.
? To develop and take the responsibility for Ratio Projects, keeping up to date all data, following MH corporate requests;
? Work with ASQ and be the champion of the whole process of supplier development including quality and logistics issues;
? To conduct performance assessment on suppliers;
? Supply Chain Management
1. To report to the Management level all suppliers risks, like quality, capacity, price increase risks, insolvency risks
2. To visit all related suppliers regularly tracking a business review and developing the SRM (Supplier Relationship Management)
3. Suppliers development (technically and commercially).
Purchasing operations:
? Ensure close working relationship with the relevant Material Group Managers, Supplier Quality,
? Utilization of purchasing Process, Methods and Tools (LPP, TCO, target costing)
? Analyse products and processes @ M+H suppliers to identify potential to optimize cost structure - during and after the development phase
? Take over responsibility of a commodity for parts / components in serial production
? Close collaboration, support and execution of ratioprojects
Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)
1. Attainments required e.g. level of education, qualification, experience
? Business Administration, Finance or Engineering degree.
? Chinese language skills – essential
? English language skills – essential
? German language skills – desired
2. Behavioural competencies:
? Ability to either drive through change (self reliance, challenging and determination
or adapt to change (flexibility)
? Ability to get the job done (attention to detail, decisiveness and organization and planning ability)
? Ability to work with others to get the job done (communication and influencing
Skills, team working skills and customer focus)
? Leadership ability
? Ability to prioritise work and comply with strict deadlines
? Effective communication or ability to handle a sometimes pressurized environment.
