职位描述：

辅助主管完成农业部人力资源管理工作，人员编制统计与管理，应急处理农场人力资源问题，实施、操作农业部员工激励计划，主持农业部员工入职工作及员工离职面谈和离职信息统计等工作，定期汇总、分析农业部人力资源信息，对异常的信息及时反馈、建议。

推行公司的各种战略、规定和政策，辅助农场基层管理人员进行人力管理.

执行、落实农业部关于人力资源的各种战略、政策和程序，并对执行中遇到的问题进行反馈和建议。

处理农业部常规的人力资源事务，如离职手续的操作和办理，奖金支付的操作和控制，定期汇总统计、分析农业部的在职人数等。

处理农业部各种突发的人力资源事务或提供人事政策或制度上的支持，如劳动纠纷处理，违纪处理等。

帮助农业部和自己的团队协调各种关系或处理各种临时性事务。

职位要求：

本科学历，人力资源、工商管理等专业

2年以上人事工作经验（员工关系、培训等）

熟悉国家相关劳动法律、法规，熟悉人力资源管理工作流程

熟练操作office办公软件

优秀的沟通、协调、组织能力

注：本岗位工作地点为来安县及半塔镇。
