职位设置目的：

l 根据中国区的要求制定东区的市场发展、推广策略

l 根据东区消费者的特性，向中国区建议开发适合东区的产品

主要职能范围：(各职能所占比例)

1、负责南区的市场计划的设计、制定及相应费用的分配并保证有效使用

2、协助GM完成MU的AOP

3、具有战略前瞻性的思考，推动公司业务发展

4、负责市场团队的管理及教导培养

5、负责新产品上市的推广，并对新产品上市的投入产出盈亏平衡负责

6、发掘和发现市场及消费者需求，并向中国区做出有依据的新产品开发建议

7、规范市场策略及执行流程

8、与销售团队紧密结合，推动渠道的发展

用人要求：

1. 本科以上，有10年以上快速消费品行业工作经验，并且作为经理职位3年以上

2. 具有策略制定和执行成功的经验

3. 有卓越的沟通技巧及能力，并且有良好的团队合作意识

4. 有成熟的团队管理技巧和领导力

5. 流利的中英文听说读写能力

6. 自我驱动、有创造力，勤奋并具备良好的学习能力

7. 踏实，并且乐观向上，愿意不断迎接挑战。
