Responsibility:

- Lead the project planning activities and manage the execution of projects according to plan (Discovery & Evaluation, Initiating to Closing…)

- Together with sales managers, leading the cross functional team to win target projects from customers.

- Guide and lead the whole cross functional team to meet both expectations from our own company and customer by deliverying convincing result in term of timing, quality and cost.

- Manage relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.

- Mentor project teams to ensure implementation of enterprise project management methodology, standards and processes

- Commicate with China as well as global project management to get and provide support, exchange experiences, discuss understand and identify new requirements of IF project management, develop suitable procedures and optimize existing procedures to pursuit high efficiency.

- Coaching and developing new staff, demonstrating and spreading M+H company culture, be role model and bring positive influence to working environment.

Requirements:

- Solid knowledge about related products, production; sufficient knowledge about other related functions like: CO, purchasing, quality etc;

- Deep understandin and strong experience in project management

- Good at team work and excellent interpersonal skills, able to convince and motivate others. strong oral and written communication skills.

- Fluent in both written and oral English.

- Good at MS Office software.

- Cim database, c-projects, SAP
