Accountabilities
A. Business and Custom Development
1) Develop & implement creative & sound strategic marketing plan / programs, actively championing YSL and its values throughout the business, to achieve sales and profit targets within budget
2) Implement and evaluate new product launches and manage existing product portfolio, identify innovative product opportunities and contribute ideas
3) Generate and develop insights and ideas based on a deep understanding of consumers' motivation and behavior, successful programs for new customers' recruitment and loyal customers' retention
B. Effective Program Implementation
1) Responsible product registration, conduct and monitor the whole process, ensure product on-time launch
2) Manage budget, ensure sales forecast accuracy, track and analyze COGs, and make pricing recommendations
3) Contribute to local adaptation of advertising; implement media strategy
4) Ensure legal compliance checks on all advertising, printed and collateral material
5) Coordinate with all function teams/ all internal functions to execute all aspects of the launch time, budget, quality and effectiveness of execution
6) Conduct competitive and consumer data analysis; make recommendations to management based on data
7) Supervise products' performance, prepare brand review. Write up reviews for key marketing activities & new product launches, etc.
8) Lead research and development analysis
Qualifications:
Education
ð University graduate
ð Fluent English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
ð Skilful in using office software, especially PowerPoint
Work Experience
ð 3-4 years of marketing executive experience
ð Strong above & below-the-line experience
ð Cosmetics experience and luxury brands retail experience a preference
Core Competencies:
ð Plan & Execute for Success, with strong creativity & problem solving ability
ð Act Collaboratively, good communication and presentation skills
ð Be Accountable for Results, strong project management & analytical skills
Other Competencies:
ð High sensitive on Fashion/Art
