职位描述：
1.重点客户及门店市场走访及客户拜访（每周）
2.协助并督促区域内销售财务部完成渠道内重点门店对帐（每月）
3.管理区域总体周转箱，及时准确跟踪季度遗失率
4.日常特价、价格管理、DM促销活动拟定及与重点客户沟通落实（每月）

项目类工作
1.完成区域内销量目标
2.在区域内负责对公司品牌的建立推广和完善，提高公司知名度
3.为区域队伍成员制定并传达清晰的与市场单位相一致的目标
4.及时回顾检查目标进展并考虑采取适当的行动
5.确保清晰的交流及定价和促销的一致
6.区域队伍注重业绩表的结果和发展趋势
7.给于前线销售队伍肯定，鼓励和反馈信息
8.带领解决问题,完成区域计划目标
9.通过跟线指导和一对一指导评估工作人员能力
10.在跟线指导过程中，通过自己的示范带动理想的行为或目标技能
11.保留指导日历和跟线指导的目标及进展情况
12.按需要进行全组培训指导
13.控制区域内退货率在目标范围内
14.管理区域内应收账款，控制超期比率
15.开拓区域内销售渠道，完成渠道新开店目标

用人要求：
1.大专以上学历
2.5年以上快销品销售工作经验，3年以上销售管理经验
3.良好的沟通能力，工作责任感强，良好的团队合作精神
4.上进，重视结果，态度积极，良好的领导力，带领整个团队一起进步

5.具有卖场采购经验优先

衡量标准（KPI指标）：
1、本区域内销量目标
2、各项报表完成及时准确
3、区域销售成本控制
4、区域退货率
5、周转箱遗失率
6、应收帐款
