POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Channel Service daily operation implementation
? Align with NCR process to deliver the parts support to partner
o Coordinate TTS to check parts number for partner
o Workout parts purchasing PO or supporting PO base on approved Parts price.
o Following the parts delivery progress and coordinate with Logistics team to ensure the parts delivered to partner on time.
? Get ready & Deploy new channel service program contract such as
o Apply partner CE QLID or NCR resource in system
o Coordinate with logistics team to get Partners inventory ready for SSM or FOS program.
o Communicate with Partner to get them follow the call handling process .
? Monitor the partner daily operation issue and provide the necessary support.
o Partner service operation performance data ananlysis
o Tracking partner service operation issue and coordinate internal and external resource to resolve.
- Channel Service Business support
? Coordinate with sales team to renew channel service contract successfully.
? Work out new service contract version base on approved business items.
? Tracking the AR collection in time and ensure financial result
? Responsible for the channel service business data consolidate and report for the partner management.
? Work out NCR service support solution to meet business requirement.
- Coordinate multi-functions to handle Issue Tracking and Resolve
? Be responsible for coordinating with logistics team、sales team、financial team to address operation issue and work out effective solution
o Parts delivery issue coordination
o Parts quality issue coordination
o AR collection issue coordination
o Partner Complain issue coordination
POSITION requirement
? Position must have a thorough understanding of WCS systems, operations and policies, and partner contract specifics that are used to resolve partner problems; Work with many implementation roles such as Project Managers and Implementation Managers/Coordinators as NCR implements solutions; May be required to coordinate WCS internal projects for the partner
? Aim to strengthen business relationship with partner and expand the business Result.
? Better communicate with partner to meet the commitment we offer to partner, get partner satisfied with NCR through effective support.
? Customizes knowledge application features such as navigational views
? Ensures successful design, development, and deployment of global services processes and related infrastructure; Manages portions of a project; Tracks, updates, communicates project status, scheduling and documentation
? Able to quickly determine next steps in problem resolution process, including customer notification, updating, relationship managing, and escalation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree 3 years or more of related experience Analytical and/or technical experience, preferably within NCR Services Knowledge and sense of financial industry business.
Demonstrated proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite software Knowledge of EDW queries, Gasper system knowledge, D1 system knowledge Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task;
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency
Detail oriented
Ability to work as part of a team or independently
Willing to work non-standard business hours as required by customers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
