Development Division

Tasks Description

1.Product Development Coordination
1.1.Creation/Management of Product Development Management Tools
Following Product Development Master Plan, create various product
development management tools and databases such as Project Plan (PP), Product Development Plan (PDP), etc.
Update the latest product development information and communicate with the relevant functions/colleagues timely.
1.2.Development Resource Management Analyze the needs and available resource, and support to allocate the
resource appropriately.
1.3.Development Excellence
Collect and analyze product & technology development related
information.
Create monthly and quarterly report, and support to prepare flash news.
Attend to development related meetings/conference and create minutes.
Manage Dev. Division Share Point to enhance the communication and
info-transfer.
Develop/Manage Dev. Division e-Archive System
2.NewPort (Economical Analysis Tool for New Projects) Coordination
Develop the best cost calculation and analysis system suitable for
NewPort. Estimate the development cost by each project and update for NewPort regularly.
Coordinate the data collection from Dev. Division members for NewPort
entry.
3.Budget & Cost Control
3.1.Establishment of Budget
Establish a reliable/realistic budget together with all Dev. Div.
members, and discuss at budget meeting with stakeholders.
3.2.Department Cost Management
Monitor and analyze the expense and report monthly, provide the
estimated expense/forecast to department head and BPA controller.
3.3.High Tech Project Cost
Provide relevant development information and monthly based cost report to High Tech Project Leader.
3.4.Project Capitalization
Communicate with FA and provide capitalization cost for projects.
4.Support to Development Division
Organize and arrange the division level events (e.g. regular meeting,
team building, workshop, etc.) and guest related support (visa
application, flight, travelling, arrangement, etc.) together with
department administrator/assistant.
All kinds of necessary support to maximize the efficiency of
Development Division.
5.Assist to Development Division Head
Oral and written translation (Need Technical & Scientific knowledge).
Field tour arrangement and translation when necessary.
Accompany to join the workshop and discussion in region.
Daily administrative support, such as flight, visa, reimbursement and
other requests.
Cross department communication on different topics when necessary.

Requirements Description

1) Bachelor degree of science or above
2) Excellent in oral and written English
3) Excellent computer skills (including programming), Basic finance &
accounting knowledge
4) Basic technical & scientific knowledge in plant protection and
Project management
5) Overcoming complexity, Strategic thinking, Communication skills and
good Interpersonal skills
