Course Coordinator/Senior Teacher(Full-time) (Shanghai)
Position: Course Coordinator/Senior Teacher (Full-time)
Job Description: To work closely with Chinese course coordinator(s) in our joint programmes with international divisions of local Chinese high schools. Key responsibilities include curriculum development, teaching management, teacher training and quality control. This position may also involve some teaching hours/student interviews, and business trips to our partner schools outside Shanghai.
Requirements: Native English speaker from or with educational backgrounds in the US, UK, Canada or Australia. Solid experience in teaching English language courses to Chinese students (middle school/high school and adults). A good understanding of both ESL/EAP courses and test prep courses such as IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, ACT(GAC), (GRE/GMAT). Excellent in system-building as well as problem-solving. Highly reliable, passionate (especially toward teaching and education-related issues), plus a good sense of teamplay.
