公司简介：亚洲最大的纺织集团，总部在香港，在佛山高明、江苏常州、广西桂林有工厂。现桂林工厂在招聘此职位。

Responsibilities工作职责：:

• Lead, manage and monitor all IT operations within the group, outsourcing management and control in a professional manner;
• With strong business acumen, manage and oversee all IT functions including systems development and maintenance; deployment, operations, infrastructure and capacity management and so forth
• Drive and lead the team to the right direction in leveraging different project plans from both technical and business perspectives;
• Lead the IT team to support business operations and ensure projects are delivered on time
• Manage resources planning and allocation to accomplish business and IT objectives;
• Effectively communicate scope and manage expectations among all parties involved in a timely manner; and maintain business relationship professionally;
• Initiate ideas and development of new products and services; identify and drive improvements in operations efficiency, procedures, service quality and better utilization of resources;
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
• Provide technological recommendation and leadership in the development and implementation regarding to system architecture, data architecture, business processes, security, scalability and performance
• Oversee the development, maintenance, operation and support of the group’s hardware and software application systems
• Research on potential technology solutions and implementations to response to group’s business future development

Requirements任职要求:

• Degree or above in IT related disciplines
• At least 10 years experience in IT industry with minimum 8 years in managing and directing IT operations
• Proven track record of leading IT teams, building strong cohesive teams, mentoring and developing team members.
• You will need to have excellent project management skills and have a good track record or delivering large IT programs successfully, experience in Textile and Garment Industry will be an advantage.
• Experience in systems design and development from business requirements analysis, tendering, implementation, to day-to-day and change management
• Sound knowledge of new technology trends, for example SOA, Web Development and Mobile Computing etc.
• Ability to communicate, analyze and resolve complex issues, in both logical and interpersonal areas
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments;
• Independent, team player and customer-oriented; strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills; analytical mindset; and good leadership skill;
• Excellent written/oral presentation skills in both English and Mandarin;
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
