职位描述
Key Areas of Responsibility:
· To lead C&B capacity budgeting and planning process
· Be responsible for rewards system maintenance
· Support in rewards communication and training
Main job tasks:
· To lead C&B capacity budgeting and planning process
Independently review and upgrade C&B capacity budget planning database/model to meet ever changing business requirements.
Independently provide C&B capacity budget forecast based on several scenarios.
Works in close collaboration with Finance to monitor realized C&B capacity budget and provide necessary analysis/reminders to the management team and related cost center owner.
· Be responsible for rewards system maintenance
Lead and manage the remuneration survey, analysis compensation data, propose and implement pay structure to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness which is line with HQ pay policy and philosophy.
Be a focal contact person to lead annual salary review of SVP-1 below positions.
Manage and ensure the accuracy of base pay administration.
Research and analyse rewards practices and trends in the market and to recommend changes on the rewards policies and practices to ensure Novo Nordisk’s competitive advantage in talent market.
Be a focal contact person to liaise performance rating collection with HR Partners and prepare analysis report for management calibration and endorse.
Review current rewards policy and procedures to improve the operation and services.
Conduct the job analysis & job evaluation and develop professional career path for non sales functions.
Act as internal consultant and work closely with HR Partners to ensure rewards policies and processes meets business needs.
To develop rewards and recognition tools for talent retention purpose.
· Support in rewards communication and training
Independently to design education/communication programs to employees on rewards matters to improve employee satisfaction and retention through several communication channels.
Participate to the elaboration and deployment of the education program to HR Partners, line managers in order to enhance their rewards knowledge to support the growth of the company.
Other individual assignments:
· Provide support on ad hoc HR projects
· Other works assigned by line manager
Education:
· Bachelor degree
· Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
· Fluency in both written & spoken English;
· Certified Compensation Professional would be preferred but not required assuming appropriate experience
Professional Experience:
· >3 years hands on experience in rewards function in a multinational environment.
· Familiar with Mercer or Aon Hewitt survey system and methodology is a must requirement.
· Experience in compensation planning system launch/maintenance is preferred.
· Experience and skills in project management
