Key Accountabilities 主要职责

FC-BBS and O2O Channel management

• Help make channel strategy through channel insights and data analyze
• Help channel/account managers to review monthly plan to win share in customers
• Understand channel and key customers by market visit and sales team communication

FC Baseline Night and FMC Category development support

• Work with MKT Team to make product and price strategy
• Design promotion plan and evaluate activities result

Trade resource management and business development support

• SD&R management in channel charged of
• Support some customer's JBP and track the investment efficiency

City Expansion, New Channel exploration & development

• Work out sustainable development model in city expansion and new retail channels
• Key promotion design & management;
• Coordinate with regional sales in boosting these channels

Qualification 任职资格

Education Background

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Good channel/category understanding and logic thinking with analysis skill;
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in FMCG industry including 1-2 years working experience in Sales function;
• Experience in Trade Marketing Team is preferred
