工作职责：
1、依据上级部门分解的各项销售指标，制定月度销售计划，保证各项指标的达成。
2、组织执行联络站的绩效考核工作。
3、按照公司规定，及时、准确完成所辖区域内的费用核销；
4、负责所辖区域内的网点搭建和线路规划工作，积极提升线路拜访效率，并每天审核、签批业务日报表、订单，及时上报并处理所产生的一系列问题；
5、执行、推广公司文化，做好区域人员的培训及指导工作；
6、加强区域管理、严格控制产品价格，杜绝冲货、串货行为；
7、积极配合完成上级安排的其他工作；
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，有三年以上同行业岗位工作经验可接受高中学历 ；
2、具有5年或以上快消品行业相关工作经验，2年以上管理经验；
3、熟悉销售全流程，具有较强的沟通协调能力、数据采集分析归纳能力、团队协作及管理能力、计划执行能力和谈判能力；
