Role Responsibilities

• Development and management of the project and change request plan, objectives and scope with an overarching focus on customer experience.

• Hands-on experience of delivering end-to-end CRM projects facilitating meetings to guide business requirement and thinking; ensuring CRM solution implemented with the best in class processes and approaches.

• Determine business needs and internal/external resources required to execute the CRM project/change request successfully.

• Assignment and management of business resources, managing the development of both human and system capabilities.

• Creation and coordination of project documentation and processes, developing and track project action items and issues.

• Identification and communication of risks and mitigating actions.

• Strong vendor management skills.

• Regular communication of project progress to sponsor, project teams and Leadership Group.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree or above is required in technical field

• Experienced in end-to-end CRM solution delivery, including integration with POS and digital WeChat, tmall, JD, OMS and other business systems.

• Minimum 3 years in project management and/or demonstrable experience and the responsibility of running multiple overlapping projects.

• A deep level understanding of multi-channel data, including the impact of integrating third party data.

• The ability to demonstrate and communicate a clear (customer led) vision.

• Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build relationships and manage the interrelationship between projects and stakeholders.

• High level of numeracy and literacy skills.

• Detail orientated with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate fluently in both Mandarin and English.

• Self-motivated and open-minded, to strive for operational excellence

• Strong ownership and willing to embrace the challenge and change
