职位描述
Job Responsibility :
Competitor intelligence support:
a. Make up competitor products order
b. Competitor products stock maintenance, including both filed info & goods
c. Support lab to organize competitor evaluation, collect evaluation info (to feed to competitor manager for further synthesis)
d. Support big meeting samples preparation.
2. Scientific coordination assistant:
a. Assist to makeup dev project technical dossier synthesis
b. Assist to PLT/claim validation, i.e. samples preparation, test synthesis, claimlab preparation, etc.
c. Scientific info search and synthesis, ie actives, new tech, etc.
Requirements:
- Technical background, understands basic physical chemistry, knows biology/medical foundation, could understand active mechanism on human skin
- 2-4 years’ experience in cosmetic industry, better R&I, or department close to innovation (like CMI, CMO, etc.), formulator or similar to our coordinator scope (claim support) is preferred
- Interested on marketing, has some marketing related experience is preferred
- Good data tracking/synthesis capability, skillful on PowerPoint or graphing tools, video editing skill is preferred.
- Well product (cosmetics preferred) knowledge/interests to support competitor part.
