职位概述：
负责公司accounting相关的工作内容，平台搭建，流程梳理 优化等，同时参与协助其他财务相关环节，在团队内能起到带教的作用

主要工作职责：
80% Accounting
Facilitate the company ERP and OA process design and implementation
Enhance financial operation fundamentals throughout the accounting policies, process & education
Drive month-end close process and activities including closing calendar, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting packages
Oversee accounting operations aspects including but not limited to GL, AP, AR, Tax filings, Cash flow, Fix Asset, etc

15% Other Finance responsibilities
Cooperate with business team to ensure budgets are forecasted and controlled with company guideline
Ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decision making

5% Team Management
Coach team members or new joiners

任职资质：
At least 6 years working experience, and with 3 years of solid experience in Accounting
Working experience in MNC or international accounting agency is preferred
Proven resilience with an ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment
