KA-MT channel development
· Make MT channel strategy through channel insights and data analyze
· Help account managers to review monthly plan to win share in customers
· Understand MT channel and key customers by market visit and sales team communication
GSV target achievement for MT channel
Huggies value share achievement in MT channel

Trade resource management and business development support
· MT channel SD&R management
· Work with Marketing team to support customer’s JBP in MT channel and track the investment efficiency
Huggies value share achievement in MT channel
SD&R and ROI achievement in MT channel
3
T3/T4 category development support
· Work with T3/T4 MKT Team to make T3/T4 product and price strategy
· Design T3/T4 promotion plan and evaluate activities result
GSV target achievement of T3/T4
SD&R achievement of T3/T4

Bachelor degree or above.
Key Experience

Good channel understanding and logic thinking with analysis skill, minimum of 5-year experience in FMCG industry including at least 3+ years working experience in Sales function
