IPMI Broker Manager高级渠道销售经理（知名合资保险公司）

工作地点：成都

We are seeking a self-motivated, good business acumen and Identification of problems and problem solving achiever to work as a IPMI Broker Manager for a famous joint venture insurance company.

With the rapid pace of marketing development, need a IPMI Broker Manager to proactively develop and grow the IPMI portfolio in assigned region. To execute, monitor and evolve the business development strategy to grow the IPMI portfolio profitably, achieving year on year growth in market share as the business develops.

This position is an important role, motivate intermediaries & provide periodic trainings to ensure profitable growth. You should have at least 6 years of working experiences, 4 years of direct sales/business development experience, gained preferably in either the medical insurance or international insurance business arena. To be a senior broker manager, you should have good interpersonal skills, effective presentation skills, numeracy ability to analyse statistical information. Keep abreast of all developments in the market both customer and competitor-related, contributing to new product development/business initiatives accordingly.
