Tasks
-Initiates, supports and monitors IPO sourcing projects in the respective LCC
-Close cooperation with IPO-SQD in the respective projects
-Conducts market studies to find suitable supplier in LCC
-Holds project-kick-off-meetings and tracks project progress at LCC-suppliers
-Initiates RFQ to LCC suppliers in collaboration with sites and MGMs
-Leads negotiations and ensures complete flow of commercial material planning & scheduling and other information in project between sites, project team and LCC-suppliers
-Ensures feedback- and improvement-loop between site and supplier (e.g. on quotations, timelines in general)
-Trains and develops new LCC-sourcing suppliers with export business
-Supports "fire fighting" activities of SQD and ASQ at LCC-suppliers (before / after SOP)
-Supports all rejection processes at LCC-suppliers (after SOP)


Responsibilities
-Helps MGMs and site Purchasing departments to achieve their commercial targets by competitive sourcing and ratio implementation
-Link and contact person for all M+H sites in LCC in regards to commercial, supplier related issues
-Achievement of defined commercial targets for sourced value and savings (incl. reporting)
-Actively participates in the MGM strategy development process
-Development of own IPO strategy for dedicated region
-Development / implementation of new processes at the dedicated suppliers

Job Requirements
-Technical and/or commercial education
-job experience 6 year + (2 year + with managing people)
-was working in similar position in Automotive (preferable German/European company)
-project purchasing experiances
-was working in international environment
-with international contacts
-has international and entrepreneurial mindset
-perfect English skills (add on: German if possible)
-experience in "Metallic" Material Groups (Stamping, Springs, Casting, Turned)
-strong communication skills and good team worker
-cost optimization skills (Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.)
