职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
?Define and execute strategies and plans for the Key Accounts in line with business requirements and customers vision
?Lead development of customer relationship including joint business planning and top customer engagement
?Accountable and responsible to ensure achievement of agreed Key Accounts targets/KPIs.
?Ensure complete support and collaboration with head of CCSD and Head of field sales to ensure alignment of Category, Channel and Field sales plans, including alignment on Investment.
?Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including Nestle/local Trade policy, local Sales policies, local Trade Terms, Safety and local and legal regulations
?Collaborate with peer group to share Customer best practices, liaise with BEMs, CCSD, Field Sales and Supply Chain to meet the customer's need
Ensure development of careers, succession plans, development and coaching of Key Accounts personnel as well as direct reports
Competencies Required:
?More than 8 years in business operations, with at least 4 years experience in Sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
?Leads Key Accounts function in a NiM role . Marketing experience is a plus.
