Job Description
        
？ Anti-counterfeits by comprehensive and elaborate legal approach.
？ Legal approach against those abuse or misuse company trade name and marks.
？ Manage trademark risk for all divisions and ensure company may use the trademarks in a lawful and safe way.
？ Manage company trademark and trade name regulation and ensure its implementation companywide.
？ Manage trademark processes with SAIC and Trademark Office.
？ Maintain complete data and doc record in company database.
？ Manage outside counsel: instruction, quality, costs and compliance control.
？ Legal trend report and training to biz partners, junior staff, etc.
？ Control of agreement and tenders: drafting, reviewing and negotiating IP clause in order to obtain opportunities and to mitigate risks.
？ Represent Company in front of authorities and other organizations where authorized.
？ Other counseling in relating fields.

Job Requirements
？ About 5-10 years experience or above in afore-mentioned fields with Chinese bar, experience at Court is a plus.
？ Passionate to branding protection as in house.
？ Smart to have business sensitivity and interpersonal skills in different culture.
？ Able to appropriately analyze big amount of information.
？ Able to describe things clear, logic in English & Chinese (oral and writing).
？ ATC negotiable, depends on capability and performance.
