位置概要和主要责任范围:
?负责开发,执行和维护质量政策,程序和物料控制系统,以减少PPM和总体拥有成本造成的供应质量缺陷,提高质量,提高整体供应链效率和客户满意度
?与采购,工程,制造和服务部门合作,系统地,无情地改善原有的商品质量,降低物料成本,改变工程和规格
?管理公司供应商指导方针,进行供应商评估,测量和报告供应商质量表现,管理供应商纠正措施,并参与新供应商的选择和开发
?制定,支持和实施采购战略,以支持公司/组织目标,为公司在材料,供应和服务领域提供竞争优势
?通过对当前和未来相关商品需求的内部评估以及对市场趋势和竞争性供应商的外部评估,识别,分析和开发整合供应商基础以满足当前和未来商品需求的支持性角色,以利用规格,流程,降低总体拥有成本(TCO)分析的系统和产品,包括质量,成本,可用性和供应保证
?管理和促进组织内部和/或整个组织内部的供应管理质量活动的所有方面,包括开发和/或参与撰写作为协助的逆向拍卖的RFP
?了解,跟踪和预测分配商品的关键成本动因和市场因素
?重新设计实践和流程,以保持新兴趋势和技术的步伐
?推动需求/合规管理控制,并升级不合规问题
?管理和优化供应商质量绩效,包括持续改进,创新,过时,并支持进一步降低总体拥有成本
?与供应商建立和保持互利的长期伙伴关系,以促进反馈和持续的质量改进
?指导和/或管理供应商工程专业人士的战略小组;包括对定量和定性供应商分析的监督,能力,目标,目标和财务状况;开发和/或监督计划和/或预测的发展
?根据认证和规定维护所有质量记录,包括;关键指标,关键绩效指标,政府和行业认证以及持续改进项目
?担任精益和持续改进活动的内部顾问;
领导六西格玛项目,以实现改善业务成果
?管理和指导关键业务流程指标的设计,开发和实施
?负责影响NCR满足客户表现的所有与运营有关的客户问题
?支持新产品/功能和降低成本的举措
基本资质:
本科学士学位
7-10年的相关经验

TITLE: Quality Assurance Manager
LOCATION: BEIJING

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
? Position develops, implements and maintains quality policies, procedures and material control systems to reduce supply quality defect by PPM and total cost of ownership, increase right quality, and otherwise improve overall supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction
? Works with Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing and Service to systematically and relentlessly improve as-received commodity quality, drive down materials cost of ownership, and engineering & specification changes
? Administers company supplier guidelines, conducts supplier assessments, measures and reports supplier quality performance, manages supplier corrective action, and participates in the selection and development of new suppliers
? Develops, support and implements sourcing strategies to support corporate/organizational objectives, providing the company competitive advantage in the areas of materials, supplies, and services
? Position plays a supportive role to identify, analyze, and develop a consolidated supplier base to meet current and future commodity needs through internal assessment of current & future related commodities needs and external assessment of market trends & competitive suppliers to leverage changes in specifications, processes, systems and products to lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis of total requirements, including quality, cost, availability, and assurance of supply
? Manages and facilitates all facets of supply management quality activities within and/or across the organization, including development of and/or participation in the writing of the RFP for reverse auctions as assistance
? Understands, tracks, and forecasts the key cost drivers and market factors for assigned commodity
? Re-engineers practices and processes to maintain pace with emerging trends and technology
? Drives demand/compliance management control and escalate non-compliance issues
? Manages and optimizes supplier quality performance, including continuous improvement, innovations, obsolescence and to support further cost reduction in total cost of ownership
? Creates and maintains mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with suppliers to foster feedback and continuous quality improvement
? Direct and/or manage a strategic group of supplier engineering professionals; including oversight for quantitative & qualitative supplier analysis, capabilities, goals, objectives, and financial position; Develop and/or oversee the development of plans and/or forecasts
? Maintain all quality records according to certifications and regulations including; key metrics, key performance indicators, governmental and industry certifications, and continuous improvement projects
? Act as internal consultant for lean and continuous improvement activities;
Leads Six Sigma projects to achieve improve business results
? Manage and direct the design, development and implementation of key business process metrics
? Takes responsibility for all operations-related customer issues that impact NCR ability to meet customer performances
? Support new product/feature and cost reduction initiative
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
? 7-10 years of related experience
? Strong organizing and management skills in a multi-tasking environment
? Documented success in developing, deploying, and maintaining a quality program to ISO criteria from the ground up
? Excellent communication skills
? Demonstrated successful project management skills and the ability to contribute to strategic decision making processes, while driving detailed implementation plans
? Experience standardizing processes and training materials
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
? Master’s Degree preferred
? Competency in and working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
? Working knowledge of and experience with ERP systems
