Duties and Responsibilities：
- Handle the legal procedure of Sephora new store opening and cancelation.
- Review commercial advertising to ensure the company’s business intention and interests are well protected and compliance with Chinese law and Governmental requirements.
- Lead the Company’s annual projects to renew the Company’s business license, hygiene license and price tag.
- Provide legal suggestion with the relevant department to ensure full execution of contracts and assist Legal Counsel to take legal actions (arbitration, litigation) when needed and be very confident with those legal procedures.
- Assist to Legal Counsel to handle legal issues including administrative cases, litigation and arbitration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in law
- Holder of PRC BAR (preferred)
- Over 2 years experience in associate or legal counsel position with a multi-national company, especially in retail companies.
- Native speaker of Mandarin Chinese, fluent in English both in verbal and writing.
