Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO PGM Asia Pacific
Job Location: Shanghai
II. Job Scope
Job Purpose
To be an Assistant to CEO via providing personalized, secretarial and administrative supports
Major Accountabilities
1. Making travel arrangements
2. Organizing events/engagements
3. Running errands
4. Managing appointments or calendars
5. Making reservations
6. Preparing presentation slides
7. Business Translation and assist Merchandising and Retail Operation department
8. Making business trip arrangements
9. Visa arrangement
10. Following up approval applications
11. Following up with business affairs and business translation
12. Other similar administrative, clerical and support duties and personalized assistance
13. Fax, photocopy and file documents
III. Job Requirements
Preferred Education & Qualifications
1. Education level: bachelor degree or above, overseas education background preferred
2. Subject of Studies: Business Administration, Secretary, etc.
Expected Experiences
1-5 years’ experience in similar function, luxury or fashion retail industry background is preferred but not a must
Personal Competencies
1. Good planning and operation skills to ensure work efficiency and quality
2. Excellent cross function communication and interpersonal skills
3. Initiative, detail-focus, and result orientation
4. Self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and personal integrity
5. Service oriented with good team spirit
