职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Rotate in WM and NSSL factory related functions (Prod. QA. Engineer, SHE, etc.), participate or lead projects as on job training to develop capabilities and experiences according to internal trainee development plan.
2. Actively participate in people involvement activities and projects, etc. NCE.
3. Involve in industry performance management.
4. Know about problem solving methodology and drive problem solving activities.
5. Provide technical support to other function when required.

Requirements:
- Has health certification
- Has mobility to work in Songjiang and Jingqiao District
- University with bachelor degree or master degree.
- Major in science and technology or related function.
- Fresh graduated.
- Be good at MS-Office.
- Be good at English both writing and oral.
- Good communication skills, can understand complex situation,
- Team work player, pro-active thinking, coordinate initially.
- Communicate and coordinate cross Dept. internal factory and WBU, NCL. 举报 分享
