职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
-Assist QA manager to lead QA team of four factories to achieve their objectives.
-Assist QA manager to contribute to the development of competence of quality professionals.
-Promote quality awareness and commitment to quality across the unit.
-Define and update the specific quality procedures, instructions and tools in the area of technical expertise.
-Assist QA manager to contribute to define and follow up quality KPIs.
-Assite QA manager to set operational objectives in collaboration with Quality Managers of four factories .
-Work with supply chain to release International brand products and complain to producer if any quality issues occured.
-Assist packaging serivce to work on NPDI and specification creating and updating.
- Assist QA managrer to reduce quality defects and consumer complaints by using problem solving tools.
- Support Nestlé Continuous Excellence program in the quest for zero defect.
- Support activities to achieve the level of compliance and determine the status of compliance on an on-going basis towards Food Safety, Legal and Nestlé Quality requirements & implementation of QMS in the factories.
- Support to achieve the applicable instructions and standards.
- Assist QA manager to perform internal audits and external audits.
- Perform trouble shooting and correct action of non-conformities.
Qualifications:
- University graduate or equivalent (preferred microbiology, chemistry
or food science).
- Knowledge of NQS
- ISO 9000:2000 certification process and documentation requirements,
- Local Food Laws.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of key unit operations in manufacturing of products related to factory.
- Graduate in Food Technology
- 0-3 years experience in Food / FMCG industry 举报 分享
