Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility
Perform solution integration between various NCR products into a customer solution.
Create and manage the NCR configuration on the customer’s environment, according to the customer’s requirements.
Provide technical management of Software installation packages and minor Quality Assurance.
Diagnose technical issues during the project lifecycle. Escalate when needed.
Manage any technical show stopper / critical issues that pop up during the project lifecycle.
Provide contents management in the project context: manage a list of deliverables and software components per released package.
Retain the technical knowledge of a project and be familiar with all existing documentation.
Basic Qualifications
3 years of experience of a technical role in a global technological company.
Excellent customer service, communication and listening skills.
The ability to work well within a team based over multiple sites.
The ability to handle under pressure.
The ability to work efficiently in a challenging and demanding environment.
High motivated, high ability for self-learning.
Knowledge in MS technologies – Windows server operating systems, SQL server 2008/2012, MS Office
Knowledge in Windows Imaging & deployment.
Very good English skills (Speaking and writing).
Preferred Qualifications
Familiar with the software development lifecycle.
