1.工作职责：
- 提供技术解决方案驱动全球饼干品牌实现利润目标
- 开发详细的财务评估方案
- 开发项目目标和策略以完成业务计划
- 计划并实施bench top、实验室试验，收集数据并解释结果来驱动项目技术知识的进步
2.工作要求：
- 食品科学学士学位,化学工程或其他相关的技术领域
- 至少7年的经验,食品/饼干行业者优先
- 强大的技术能力和技术好奇心
- 较强的英语语言能力(口头和书面)
- 以适当的科学严谨性来开发和驱动技术项目:进行适当的测试,收集和分析数据，基于结论发展建议
- 跨功能、跨地域协作的能力
1. Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical so lutions to drive cost out of our global biscuit brands to meet margin objectives
- Develop detailed financial evaluations of total formula and comparisons to alternatives
- Develop project objectives and strategies in response to business initiatives
- Plan and conduct bench top, pilot & plant trials, collect data, and interpret results to drive program and technical knowledge forward, developing robust action plans, risk assessments, and contingency planning
2. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering or other related technical field
- 7 years of experience, food/biscuit industry is preferred
- Strong technical skills and technical curiosity
- Strong English language skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to develop and drive technical projects with proper scientific rigor: conduct appropriate testing, gather and analyse data and develop recommendations based on findings
- Ability to construct and develop timelines for multiple projects
- Ability to collaborate and influence cross functionally and across geographies
- Ability to travel internationally
