工作职责：
1、协助产品经理完成品类增长和发展目标，包括新品开发、上市推广、现有产品线产品的升级/优化；
2、通过消费者洞察，销售数据分析，发现市场销售机会，提升资源有效使用，从而推动品类的利润增长；
3、与研发、销售团队紧密合作，及时沟通确保市场活动和新品上市等工作的执行质量；
职位资格：
1、本科以上学历，市场营销、广告专业优先；
2、连续从事快消产品品类/品牌管理2年以上，有独立管理品类，开发新品的经验；
3、对市场趋势的敏锐度、数据分析能力、市场营销知识及技能，品位好；
4、外向、乐观、认真、细致，具备主人翁的责任感；
5、能很好的跨部门沟通，抗压能力强 举报 分享
