职位描述：
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
Assist Head of HR to develop the communication strategy which align with the company’s business development.
According to annual business plan to develop the annual action plan and project proposal.
Develop, edit the contents and update the WeiChat platform regularly.
Develop, edit announcement as daily work.
Participate the project, such as Leadership forum, employer branding, etc.
Implement the tasks which are assigned by Head of HR
Collaborate with global Corporate Communications team to identify global communication materials, projects and campaigns that can be leveraged locally to engage the Chinese organization
Develop and drive local communication strategy – based on local business plans / priorities as well as sparring with global Corporate Communications team

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, major in journalist or related
3- 5 years working experience in communication field – preferably in a global company / context
More than 1 years’ working experience at the same role.
