职位设置目的：

l 为了提供准确和及时的财务数据，为管理决策和公司的利润最大化，

2 根据国家会计和税务应坚持的法律和原则指导，管理和组织内部门日常财务工作，活动。

主要职能范围：(各职能所占比例)

1、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；

2、指导并协调财务稽核、审计、会计的工作并监督其执行；

3、制定、维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策，制定年度、季度财务计划；

4、负责组织公司的成本管理工作,；进行成本预测、控制、核算、分析和考核，确保公司利润指标的完成；

5、向公司管理层提供各项财务报告和必要的财务分析；

6、完成日常税务管理及税务筹划；

7、协调处理内外部的关系，与财政、税务、银行等政府部门及会计事务所等相关中介机构建立并保持良好的关系。

用人要求：

1. 财会、金融、经济、管理等相关专业本科以上学历，10年以上财务工作经验，并且作为经理职位3年以上 ；

2. 熟悉国家金融政策、企业财务制度及流程、会计电算化，精通相关财税法律法规；

3. 较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力；

4. 有卓越的沟通技巧及能力，并且有良好的团队合作意识

5. 有成熟的团队管理技巧和领导力

6. 自我驱动、有创造力，勤奋并具备良好的学习能力

7. 踏实，并且乐观向上，愿意不断迎接挑战。
