Responsibilities:
1. GL Function
* Routine GL voucher preparation and processing, including foreign I/C transactions, monthly closure and annual filling of off-shore companies etc;
* Be responsible for accounting of and financial procedure execution of assigned companies
* Other GL works mainly in corporation level;
2. Reports
* Prepare trial-balance reports, G&A analysis reports for group and function, projects;
* Prepare supporting reports for fee-for-service charging items;
* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports through system or manually
3. I/C Transaction
* Handle I/C transactions with abroad affiliated companies;
* Prepare reconciliation files and trace of outstanding items to make sure proper control to be done
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting /Finance-related with necessary Accounting/Finance related certificates
2. 5+ years relevant practical experiences with 2-3 year work experience in big 4 accounting firm is preferred;
3. Good knowledge of Revenue, Sales Cost, Inventory, AP, GL & Fixed Asset accounting principles, activities and processes;
4. Familiar with computer skills, and ability to use ERP system and spreadsheet packages;
5. Proficient in oral and written English, CET 6 is required;
6. High standard work ethics; Self-motivated and good sense of time management;
7. A good team player and a future team leader.
