职位描述
Staffing:
-Recruit frontline new employees to support business needs, ensure smooth employment activities such as hiring, transferring, promotion and termination of employees, especially for seasonal roller-coaster hiring and lay-off needs.
-Track headcount control for ML plant.
-Contract signature and renewal.
-Response for p-file management and updating.
-Follow employees’ medical treatment insurance affairs and assure name list’s accuracy of new-hired and termination
Data:
-In charge of monthly attendance calculation and track data of annual leave, sick leave and other leaves. Assure accuracy of monthly attendance calculation.
-Calculate OT data monthly.
-Timely complete HQ monthly report and support data analysis for HQ needs.
-Maintain HRMS data input and support C&B for attendance data input.
-Apply for email account (GPID)& SAP ID(DMO) for new employee and close the account for termination Employee.
Training:
-Do orientation for all new-hire frontline employee.
-Assist implement training on cultural building such as PepsiCo Values and CoC for employees.
Others
-Assist aranging annual party, yearly physical examination and outing for employees.
-Assist healing with some admin affairs.
-Other issues assigned by HR manager.
Key Skills:
Education:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field
Experience:
-At least 1 years of proven experience as the generalist role in HR function in a FMCG/ Food
Industry plants.
Key Job Skills:
-Be able to work under high pressure
-Highly adjustable in self-emotion
-Solid PC skills especially in excel
-Executive maturity
