职位描述
Job description:
- Provide first level operational support for users in China, solve all client side IT issues.
- Cooperation with our 2nd level support units in Europe regarding account management issues and network issues.
- Prepare / maintain computer for end users, both hardware and software(OS, applications),align with standard of our company.
- Maintain telephone system of Shanghai office
- Review / report / improve IT security level according to headquarters policy
- Setup new branch office (out of Shanghai) IT system, include WAN, Lan, IT room, server, UPS, PABX, cabling, etc.
- Cooperate with headquarters IT implement infrastructure projects.
Qualifications:
- Good English communication skill
- At least 2 years IT related technical background in PC support or helpdesk.
- familiar with Office 2010, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- familiar with Microsoft environment such as Win7,Xp, AD,DNS,GPO
- familiar with Panasonic KX-TDA series PABX system, know how to setup extension, voice mail system, etc.
- Strong hardware & software troubleshooting skills
- MCSE and CCNA certification is preferred
