Accountabilities:

Strong leadership to guide and lead the sales team to meet Sales budgets and company profitability objectives, support contract execution of high tech O&M business in automotive, retails, pharmaceutical industries and other commercial offices and learning institutions.

Key Result Areas:

Industries Facility Management Services especially in automotive, retails, and pharmaceutical Industries but not limited to other commercial and Banking Industries and learning institutions

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Technical knowledge of facility management & business services. Operational knowledge of other disciplines, i.e. engineering, sales, and manufacturing, to communicate/integrate within those areas.
Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Communicates effectively with customers.
BS Degree or equivalent
Preferably has minimum 3 year experience in Facility Management Service marketing or Sales
