主要职责 Key Responsibilities：
经销商管理：达成战略共识；推动生意健康发展；提升经销商的服务水平；进行生意机会分析；
提升经销商的管理能力；确保DIS/SFA有效使用和数据的准确。
培训和指导经销商销售及卓越的市场执行：协助经销商制定明确的DSF的工作职责和胜任标准以及其薪酬体系；
帮助经销商进行DSF 的招聘/培训及跟线辅导；协助经销商设定DSF日常KPI；市场活动计划的制定、执行和跟踪。
内部协作：有效的“整合”生意计划；确保整体生意计划的有效性；高效的费用管理；收集执行团队对于经销商服务
情况的反馈和需求，跟进执行团队的出货计划的执行情况。
职位要求 Requirements
需要具有至少三年的TT渠道经验；
优秀的经销商管理/团队管理的经验；
大学本科学历优先；
熟悉工作地市场情况。
