Key Responsibilities:

1. Source new fabric mills and factories, and communicate with suppliers effectively and efficiently.
2. In charge of organizing and checking fabric samples, and manage corresponding sample information in PLM system.
3. Work closely with buying teams, keep open communication, organize samples and request, and provide timely reports.
4. Maintain, manage, and analyze information and data in PLM system.
5. Assist in RFQ (request for quotation) negotiation with suppliers, as well as organize and check quotation sheets and related information.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, in fashion/textile design and engineering or relate majors.
2. More than one year of work experience in garment/fabric/procurement related field. Preferably experience with business negotiation.
3. Fabric knowledge, good learning ability.
4. Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
5. A team player with positive and responsible attitude.
6. Good command of English in speaking and writing.
7. Good command of excel.
