Responsibilities：

1. Insight into the market targeting women aged 16-45, sensitive with the fashion industry, and ensure that the overall direction of the project is correct;
2. Organize and coordinate the project, including agency. Ensure that the project is on time, quality and completed within budget;
3. Independently complete the project review to ensure meaningful sales and new customer ROI;
4. Combine the demand of retail team; follow up the offline activities of key shopping mall and key store in retail market, to ensure ROI output and the creativity and timeliness of the activities;
5. Managing the creation and execution of in-store material such as posters, brochures and sale materials;
6. Planning and executing the marketing calendar for the brand to ensure all visual identity is synchronized;
7. Building and managing good relationships with suppliers and Media, ensure effective management of the marketing and promotional activities;
8. Make marketing plans targeted the consumer groups, attracting and increasing traffic of store;
9. Plan and execute CRM events;
10. Ensure high quality execution within time and budget constraints.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above, Marketing major is preferred.
2. More than 5 year marketing brand management experience in retail related industry.
3. Proven ability and desire to help build a Marketing strategy, including planning, processes, methodologies and tools required to drive Marketing effectiveness.
4. Easy-going, creative, work under pressure, learn & apply and have a can-do attitude and take full responsibility.
5. Cost conscious and result driven.
6. Passion for fashion.
