1. Conduct marketing research to better understand our customers, their needs and work with team to develop innovative brand strategies and plans;

2. Deliver analysis of customer research, market conditions and competitor information;

3. Responsible for establishing and implementing strategy and objective for big and small marketing and creative campaigns across all marketing channels and ensure the optimal content delivery;

4. Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects;

5. Ensure effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization;

6. Manage the work of designers, and marketing creatives to ensure outstanding levels of quality, cost effectiveness, and brand alignment to standard;

7. Manage the marketing budget, delivering programs within agreed budget;

8. Responsible for tracking ROI and optimising the result of each marketing and creative campaigns across social media channels;

9. Facilitate and work closely with creative and design director with high-quality creative process and ensure the optimal campaign results;

10. Other projects upon requirements.
