Key Responsibilities

- Following staffing KPI, to staff L6 & below positions to make sure fill the right people into right position at the right time.

- Support HR manager on HR core process (PMP, PPP, OHS) and ensure smooth implementation to enhance the talent/organization development.

- Provide administration support/conduct training to ensure SMU annual training delivered as planned.

- Provide daily HR administration support in alignment with HR policies and procedures.

Key skills/Critical experience

- University degree at minimum

- 4-5+ years relevant HR experience, MNC is preferred

- Good knowledge of core HR process and exposure to HR Best Practice Tools

- Fluent written and oral English

- Proficiency in computer skills like Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Strong execution ability

- Strong collaboration, communication & organization skills
