1. Be responsible for the development and the creative direction of all aspects of the in-store visuals, covering in-store visual merchandising, displays and windows.
2. Have an eye for creativity and come up with artistic concepts for the windows and in store displays together with a commercial acumen to ultimately increase sales.
3. Ensure that the visual displays are innovative and forward thinking in keeping with the both brand identities.
4. Have the ability to build and maintain successful relationships with the retail team, other functions, suppliers and key business partners.
5. Be responsible for continuously train and develop the visual merchandising capabilities in the National Merchandising team and the retail teams.
6. Ensure and monitor the implementation of VM guides throughout the operations.
7. Be responsible for the daily management of the National Visual Merchandising Team in Beijing
8. To manage, train and give growth to Visual Merchandiser/s in overall Collections.
9. Be responsible for making Visual Merchandiser/s strong in commercial thinking/ efficient work process, giving strict design guidelines, give training in analyzing sales figures, and make them better understand the commercial market and possibilities in China.
10. Ensure store windows and display are of a high level of commercial fast-moving latest trends
11. Supporting the development and in-store usage of promotion material as well as supporting POP materials throughout the seasons.
12. Be responsible for collections, presentation, sales- material and visual merchandising guidelines in stores for the Chinese market, in cooperation with Display/ Merchandizing teams.
13. To support and help organize the seasonal Fashion shows/ ensure strong outfits and styling for Sales Meetings
14. To conduct sales review/ fitting review with Designer/-design assistant/ and buyers to improve product/ look/ fabric/ fitting etc. in weak areas.
15. Supports the styling of the brand photo shoots
16. To have a close cooperation with Design and Buying directors in Beijing.

1. Over 5 years proven record & experience in VM sector of Retail /luxury fashion industry;
2. Regional Managerial role is a must and experience with multi-brand management will be a plus
3. Well-versed in English;
4. Creative, dynamic and passionate.
5. Strong communication skills with culture sensitivity
