职位描述

Responsibilities:

1、Be aware of current sales before designing, knowing about business (follow weekly TOP 30)

2、Develop trend stories and check WGSN/Pinterest/Taobao/all relevant blogs on daily basis; check competitors' analysis on monthly basis

3、Develop trend stories based on Fashion Shows

4、Responsible for high design and quality level of brand collections

5、Ensure clear communication with suppliers through PLM, detailed design sheets, and well-built BOM's

6、Ensure perfect samples for review meetings with clear and detailed commenting

7、Analyze sales figures/orders and being ahead of trend and consumer needs for brand

8、Conduct fitting reviews with buyers to improve product/look/fabric/fitting etc. in weak areas

9、Responsible for attractive flat shoot pictures as well as retouching of flat shoot pictures before selling meeting

10、 Dress the models and make sure they are well styled

11、Co-operaing with Design Manager on brand seasonal trend direction

Requirements:

1、 Bachelor degree, majored in Fashion Design

2、1-3 years design experience for similar retail driven fast

fashion company

3、Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

4、Innovative, positive, dynamic, orgnized, fast learning and

commercially-minded

5、Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
