职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
l Factory selection – ensuring that buying team are selecting right factory for the right product
l Follow up on that bulk production are done on the factory mentioned on PO
l For each season making factory list, approving factory for each order
l Factory sourcing – ensuring sufficient factories in order to meet Jack & Jones product demands
l Do fabric mill sourcing, work together with Rebecca on this project
l In charge of defining and improving JJ technical standards, for all categories. Such as interlining, sewing thread, how to stitch buttons, shirt collar fusing etc. – Work directly with factories for implementation.
l In charge of keep JJ interlining (ITP) and thread (TTP) trim packs up to date
l For each season confirm correct ITP and TTP are used on each style
l Make ITP and TTP list for buyers and nominated interlining and thread suppliers
l Category problem solving （outerwear）
l Responsible that production manual are updated, from A-Z
l In charge of implementing JJ production manual in the factories- incl.fit and quality requirements
l Work with QC and define and update requirements, check and follow up with suppliers
l Look at workmanship / quality problems in shops, follow up checking, visit suppliers / factories regarding this
l Product manager for off shore buying team – sourcing, quality, mark-up, delivery performance Off-shore team will be reporting to you.
Job Requirements:
l 30-40, above College degree
l Work effective, organized;
l Above 8 years' experiences with garments company
l Have good English skills, be able to communicate in writing and speech,
l Good communicating skills, capable of negotiating with suppliers
l Able to work independently
l Team player, responsible attitude towards work
