ROLE & RESPONAIBILITY

 

1.     Retail yearly Budget plan and analysis/ Quarterly sales budget control and evaluation

2.     Daily/ weekly/ Monthly retail business analysis from KPI / sales mode / product POV to find business opportunity and offer solution

3.     Retail business RFC based on historical background and this year business opportunity

4.     Business planning from LY Order/LY ST/ TY Target/ TY Product offering/ TY inventory by week by month by quarter

5.     BI Team Interaction

l KEY connect window with BI Team, to raise request from Retail team, to improve retail team data analysis efficiency

l Based on current BI Report, make SLT Retail Team learning report with different level of people (store Manager/ Area M/ CITY Manager/ Regional Manager)

l Tracking BI report usage rate by city by region

l Further develop BI report template based on the agile operation business model

6.     Store P&L following up from retail team perspective ( better connection with Finance team)

7.     Staff incentive planning and control (ROI evaluation)

8.     Supporting VP to improve the whole retail team DATA analysis capability and execution
